This project concerns the construction of a four-storey apartment building with pilotis and a basement. A total of five apartments is planned, with five corresponding parking spaces located in the pilotis. There are two apartments on the first floor and one apartment on each of the remaining floors, with the fourth floor also featuring an attic.
