This project includes several studies concerning the expansion onto a new plot, the design and addition of a new (central) building, the reconfiguration and renovation of the hotel, and, finally, the regularization of certain unauthorized modifications. The aim of these studies was to ensure the proper and smooth operation of the hotel.
