This is a preliminary design study for a residential complex on a plot located quite close to the sea. The prototype building is two storeys with an attic, a raised basement, balconies, and a landscaped roof terrace. Ten such buildings are planned, with the ground floor and upper floor designed as independent units, resulting in a total of 20 residences. Particular emphasis is also placed on the landscaping and green areas within the complex.
