This proposal concerns an existing building on a corner plot in Neapoli, Municipality of Athens. It is a 5-storey building with a ground floor and mezzanine. The goal was to fully utilize the building envelope to create functional studios/apartments. A café is located on the ground floor for the residents and the local neighborhood.
