This project concerns the complete renovation of the hotel and its upgrade to a four-star rating. The renovation includes interior reconfigurations, cleaning and repair of façades, and modernization of the mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems. The upgrade also involves the addition of SPA and massage areas, a gym, a new lobby, restrooms, staff areas, and optimization of accessible facilities for people with disabilities. The incorporation of architectural elements on the façade highlights the hotel’s renewed function. Finally, the rooftop includes two bar areas, one of which also serves the restaurant.
