This building constitutes the largest section of a complex with a continuous ground floor and three eight-storey buildings above it. The project concerns the renovation of the Brown Hotel Acropol, including various interior reconfigurations, rooftop enhancements with the addition of a bar and pergola, some new mechanical and electrical (M&E) installations, and, finally, cleaning and repair of the façades.
