This proposal concerns the complete renovation of the building and the creation of studio apartments on each floor. In total, the building accommodates 42 studio apartments, with six units on each typical floor, four units in the ground floor recess, and two in the semi-basement. Two alternative options were developed for the color palette of the model apartment.
