This is a design study/proposal for a two-storey residence. The ground floor and the upper floor function as two independent dwellings, with access to the upper floor provided via an external staircase. The communal living areas are clearly separated from the more private spaces. In the outdoor area, two swimming pools are provided, one for each dwelling.
