This study concerns the Buca Beach Resort hotel complex. The building program includes a central building, bungalows, a multipurpose hall (kindergarten), and more. A total of 86 rooms and 46 suites are planned, accommodating 310 beds in total. The shared outdoor spaces feature a swimming pool, dining areas, sun loungers, a pool bar, changing rooms, a children’s pool, an amphitheater, and tennis and football courts.
