This project concerns a five-storey office building in a central area of Athens. During the excavation of the foundations, significant archaeological findings were uncovered. A new architectural design was developed with key objectives: to make the findings visible from the street without allowing public access, to respect and highlight the discoveries, and to deliver a functionally viable building for the investor.

The building’s interior layout is open-plan, allowing flexible configuration according to tenant needs, while large glazing ensures ample natural light throughout the building.
